The Blaine County Sheriff's Office is a Parody of California's San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office primarily. I say this because there are many different liveries of other agencies used.  Blaine County encompasses everything north of HWY 68.  Also an elected office, but they don't have the issues from the local government facing the Los Santos County Sheriff due to a harder stance on crime from the Blaine County Board of Supervisors.  A smaller population, most of it impoverished.  Blaine county has its own set of law enforcement challenges unique to its geographical make up. The Davis Courthouse handles all legal cases on the island of San Andreas. And the BCSO contracts with Bolingbroke Prison in Los Santos County.
