Additional Agencies
These are agencies that agreed to be a part of the San Andreas Disaster Network. They can be government or private contractors.
Channel 10
LSIA Airport Operations. Tac Channels 78-84 Administrative Tac 85-86. Central communications does not normally dispatch on this channel, but they can reach Airport Ops Comm Center at LSIA using this frequency. Quicker than a phone call. Their Comm Center handles all of their affairs, Central only monitors Channel 10. LSIA Airport Ops has MDC capability to access the entire Central Comm network.
Channel 11
Gruppe 6 Security. This is the largest private security firm on the island. They have contracts with every law enforcement agency on the island and the Los Santos Fire Department in addition to their private clients. Tac Channels are internal to their Comm Center, who is their primary dispatch and MDC manager. Central may dispatch Gruppe 6 on contracted low level calls through their Comm Center during limited agency resources, and they have limited MDC capabilities with Central Communications to only receive and answer to dispatches.
Channel 12
Duncan Aviation. TAC Channels 85-88, Administrative Tac 89. Duncan is a private contractor who provides aerial wildland firefighting and other logistical services for the San Andreas Disaster Network. They have their own Comm Center. During an active firefighting incident, they will be operating on the same fire ground frequencies with the fire agencies. Duncan is also the back up for MED EVAC for Cayo Perico. Central does not dispatch on Channel 12, but monitors the frequency. Duncan Aviation has no MDC capabilities.
Channel 13
Federal Agencies on the island of San Andreas. N.O.O.S.E., FIB, IAA, Military Police, and Fort Zancudo Federal Fire Department. All of these agencies have their own Comm Centers and Tac Channels. Only the Military Police and the Zancudo Federal Fire Department have MDC access to the entire Central Comm network because they are in the automatic aid system for San Andreas. Central Communications does not normally dispatch on Channel 13, only monitors it. When operating off the base AOR, Federal Fire and Military police uses the Central Dispatch Channels and Tactical Channels for the corresponding geographical area.
